FareRadar provides flight comparison and travel-planning features that may include airport and airline guides, airport codes, destination and travel-readiness content, travel alerts, flight-status tools, passenger-help information, app or PWA features, and links to third-party travel services. By using FareRadar, you agree to these Terms of Service.
3. No Booking Contract
FareRadar is not a travel agency and does not enter into any contracts for flight bookings. All bookings are made directly with third-party providers such as airlines or online travel agencies.

FareRadar is not responsible for the content, pricing, availability, fulfilment or contractual performance of third-party services.
5. Travel Information, Alerts and Live Tools
FareRadar may display travel alerts, airport or airline information, flight status, disruption signals, guidance and other time-sensitive travel information. These features are provided to support planning and may depend on third-party, public or automated data sources.
Conditions can change quickly. For safety-critical, legal, entry, operational or booking decisions, you should verify the latest information with the relevant airline, airport, government authority or other official source.
6. Advertising and Affiliate Relationships
FareRadar may display house advertising, third-party advertising, sponsored placements or affiliate links. Where appropriate, sponsored or affiliate relationships may be identified in the relevant page or placement.
Advertising or affiliate relationships do not change the contractual relationship between you and an external provider. Any purchase or booking remains subject to that provider’s terms.
7. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide useful and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness or continuous availability of flight data, prices, offers, alerts, schedules or other travel information displayed on FareRadar.
8. Liability
We are not liable for:
- price changes,

- flight cancellations or delays,
- technical errors on third-party websites,
- losses arising from bookings made with external providers,
- decisions made without checking time-sensitive information with the relevant official source where appropriate.
9. User Obligations
Users must not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its technical functionality, security, or availability.
